Software Developer
Started as a software developer, building web and backend applications. This gave me a deep understanding of how engineering teams think, what slows them down, and where delivery breaks.
Project Manager
Transitioned into project management and spent 12 years managing 50+ projects across IT services, SaaS, software development, and digital agencies - working with teams in India, UAE, UK, USA, Nigeria, and Canada.
Founded Project Consultancy
Launched Project Consultancy to bring senior-level fractional PM services to companies that need experienced delivery leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.
